This was a necessary read and speaks to the injustices black women especially experience consistently in the working environment and not only limited to corporate sa. And it’s become more prominent that these perpetrators are other black professionals in positions of seniority.
So many of the trials Sihle articulated I could definitely relate to.
Only issue was repetition of incidents.
