I liked the beginning of the book and the main two characters explaining how they were able to steal the letters was pretty cool but once we got on the road trip to the prison I was starting to lose interest once we got to the prison I lost it completely, stopped at chapter 5, 23% in of thief of swords not the crown conspiracy solo book.

No se en realidad, el comienzo fue super raro con el funeral de el muchacho y hablaba tanto de el gallo que todavía no entiendo por que el estaba en la historia de verdad, iba a terminar el libro pero ya no pude mas, aburrido y en realidad sin trama solo un general viejo esperando una carta y cuando creía que se puso un poco bueno no nada, 1 estrella de 5. Basura aburrida. Deje de leer lo en pagina 76. Tenia mas.

Me gusto una parte en el medio cuando el coronel habló con su abogado y él prácticamente le mintió pero al final si agarro su carta, creo que de unos niños en la calle? I even skipped to the end and it was not good at all also the chapters being huge chunks of the book did NOT help this book`s case, I hate long chapters. Just disappointed. I just hope I actually like my next read, here I come, Red River Seven! Stopped at pg 205, chapter 6. I had a longer DNF review but GR just well you know already.

The book started with an interesting setup, following Royo, Aeri, Euyn, and Sora—each connected by a mysterious red card and a mission to assassinate the king. I was curious about who was behind it all and how these characters would come together.

However, I didn’t realize this was an LGBT book, and for personal reasons, I chose to DNF it. I stopped on page 56, Chapter Six.

It started off well with the story of Minamoto`s dad and how he planned to take over Japan from the current emperor but it did not work and he was killed, Minamoto was sent to a coal camp I think and he just escaped that is where I left it off at. I'll DNF it for now, I might finish it later but not soon, their names also were a problem for me since they all seemed the same or super similar. Stopped at pg 24, ch 3.

For starters I actually did not read this book for almost 4 months I started it in October of last year and never really came back to it, I was very busy and prioritized another book I was reading and school so this one fell through the cracks, I will finish it some day but for now I want it off my “currently reading” page. It was interesting too but it shall be for later. Stopped at 18% on the kindle app.

This book was cool and it got dark there in that van scene a lot but I liked how the main character`s ability was sort of like Koontz other character from “The Face of Fear” except that Jim`s power was more of premonition toward danger that he could stop if he got there in time, that reporter woman, once again GR`s does not let me finish my quick update on the book so far, i will finish it later but DNF for now.

It started off promising but got so repetitive and boring as it went on, it was all just “I hate my husband because he just gives me 1000 dollars as an allowance" and “he sucks because he made me move here to a beautiful house on a boring town” the main character Maria was insufferable idk how I got to chapter 14 before quitting, interesting idea but horrible execution. Stopped at 30%.

I would like to know what happened to his mother but (meh) it's whatever for now. Also that guy said that only an Original would guide the land and country so Hunter being an Original makes that plot point very interesting but oh well again maybe later. Stopped reading at 25% in the middle of chapter seven. I had more info but GR did not allow me to add it on here. Oh well.

How can this guy make teleportation so boring? I started this book thinking it would be like the movie and once I looked into the reviews and saw that people were saying it was nothing like the movie and it practically did not have a main antagonist for the entire first book I gave up, I just regret reading up to part 3 of this book and page 97, If I could rate what I read so far it would be 1.5 out of 5 stars.

There are better books out there.

Officially DNFing this I just don't care anymore I'm sorry, and I keep forgetting the main character is African American, that's not a problem, it's just odd I keep forgetting lol.

It’s been sort of interesting at first it was cool to see how he got shipped to Vietnam but after a while just the same sort of thing happened go somewhere stay maybe something will happen and than retreat to where you were, when that one guy died I didn’t really care granted I have been slacking on reading because of school but still not the most interesting story so far.

Anyway DNF at 119 pages, 43%!!!! Are you serious?!!!! Nah this book sucks!!! So you're telling me I only liked around 1% of the 42% I had already read??!!!! Are you joking?!!! I should of DNF`ed it sooner, piece of trash book!

Very strong start but it was so unbelievably boring for literally around 19 chapters until finally in chapter 20 something interesting happened but by than I really did not care about what happened with the monster inside the locked chest, including this one I have DNF`ed two of my own books, why can't I find something good so far? I literally rather know the ending of it than finish the book and that is never good.

Officially DNFing it, It started off pretty well but then more than 15 chapters later and the main guy who we started the story with did not even show up once, ummm ok kind of weird, and there is a guy who is a pedophile in this! Bro what?!!! There is literally no need for that to be added onto a sci-fi genetic engineering book at all! I want to know what happened to the guys brother who inhaled the rat stuff too bad

It’s leaning a lot on the law side of genetic tampering for some reason it’s interesting but not the easiest thing to follow or the most exciting, so far interesting but I thought and expected genetic monsters and a bit more action than politics and lawsuits but I will continue until I finish it or won’t want to read it anymore.

At first this was working for me but way later the problems started, I was reading this book and The face of fear at the same time and I was thinking, “when I get tired of the face of fear i will read a chapter or two of this” but that never really happened, to be a little fair the face of fear was very fast paced at the beginning. I had way more than this but GR is old. Stopped at page 118, chapter 27.

I’m DNFing the book just too repetitive and a lot of unrated information thrown in, it had its moments so far but nah I’m done. It’ll end with him not knowing what happened to her anyways so what’s the point?

Very back and forth go here get info go there get more info that kind of thing, and a lot of his own life has been written and I think that’s a bit redundant to be honest specially for the kind of story he is telling but oh well idk I’m feeling like a DNF with a rating.

Chapter 10 was a bit out there but interesting to read and think about what happened and how it really happened to Maura, it’s been an interesting journey so far. But I’m sure his journey will yield no fruits, but have to give him credit his really trying to see what happened to her.

It’s been interesting, the twist was given way early on but it makes sense for the story it’s telling a bit unbelievable imo specially the motivation but still interesting enough to continue I think.

This book was sort of informative but it really at least in the first three chapters wanted to get us in the shoes of people who were under very bad financial situations and it also talked about government programs and how a lot of tax money is just wasted in so many ways on so many states. I could not write all of my review again because GR but yeah I will finish this later for sure. Stopped at page 63, chapter 4.

Well a lot and a lot has happened: Stu escaped the facility and is now walking down a road with an old man and his dog toward the south I think, having dreams about Flagg in the prices or the “dark man”, they also talk about how civilizations in the past have come to an end, scenarios of civilizations and other interesting stuff. Frann is leaving town with Harold and I’m low-key changing my mind about him.
