I love the way this page was written with dovewing experiencing sensory overload by all the noises she's never heard before from the twoleg place! it's such an autism allegory aaugh I'll never get over this I love relating to her sensory experiences and feeling different from everybody else. also jayfeather helping to ground her was so good 😭😫🥺

ughhhhhh the way coco and custas are such parallels of being part of the unknowing that learns about magic and then their loved one dies and custas used forbidden magic to bring his back meanwhile coco was unable to with hers... their influences who taught them magic are completely opposite and that directly affected how their fates turned out... it makes me insane!!!

I really like the way dovepaw and jayfeather are having a casual conversation about the past and things that dovepaw doesn't know much about. like cats from the past and things that happened before she was born. I wish there was more writing like this in the warriors series
