one chapter in and i fear i’m going to dnf this. it’s disappointing that this is so boring because the premise seemed right up my alley and it’s been on my tbr for a while. i’m really not enjoying frazier’s writing style, and aside from the lack of quotation marks the dialogue feels very stilted and exposition-y
