Can never ever take this book seriously. The author sounds insane and everything feels like a reach. The stories used are basically extrapolated to fit what the author wants it to mean. A good book for an existential crisis to question everyone around you. But I’m much happier just being myself thank you. It’s a book that goes against human nature, imo.

really need the most heart lighted book after this one! So many heavy topics: alcoholism, crime, poverty, prostitution… I could go on… But things really picked up in the last 40 pages!! I’m not so convinced of how Sonia is suddenly acting, it’s quite unlike her character but I wonder if, since this book was released chapter by chapter, the author is just adhering to the readers’ wants… no complaints tho
