this is research for a percy jackson themed dnd campaign i am participating in this summer

i just looked at the goodreads page and the huge twist was spoiled by a warning in a review i am so sad.....

meh. this isn’t really a thriller and the writing is just too plain to stick with so i am not going to finish this.

i am still really enjoying this however i am listening to the audiobook while reading my physical copy and this audiobook is .....interesting. overall its great and helpful but every tenth chapter or so is fully casted and cuts out any non-dialogue??? and the chapter divisions are different for the audiobook than the actual book. anyway i will finish this in the next 3 days or else

i hate this fucking book and i dont want to read it anymore so i am DNFing so i can read books i want to read.

take a shot every time 'honey' or 'moss' or 'vine' or 'tea' is used and u will be dead. take a shot every time a character has a personality and u will be very sober. only dnf of 2020, thank u stupid book.
