Currently I feel as if I stepped into a whirlwind of a well established DnD Campaign. All throughout the campaign, there’s this spoon fed context on the side. Allowing me to understand the world and the characters but not connecting me to them.
Hoping this first half pacing is just a setup to something more grand. Buehlman’s pacing feels like each chapter is part of the weekly campaign. I hope it grabs me.
