I loved this book so much, I read an extra page. Read this book, then watch The Razor's Edge and maybe you'll receive enlightenment and total consciousness.

This book profiles a group of Preppies dating back to the 1950's through the 1960's. The book was interesting up until the point the group graduates from Harvard. After that, it was pretty boring and I put it down for good.

I read this book for the historical content as some of the training advice is a bit dated. Grete Waitz was a great marathoner and based on what I've read, a fine person. She deserves an in-depth biography. I recommend this book for anyone interested in women athletes, particularly runners.
