Surprised. Yet, kindled. Two ways people respond to regret, either constructive, or distractive.
We are make decisions based on the moment, even the rational ones. What we currently have, know, & feel. The outcomes, sometimes, far from our expectations. Here, the role of regret shines. You can use it as a learning opportunity or feel bad about it or hide it. Keep in mind that imperfections is beauty (kintsugi).

Officially, I am addicted to Berne Brown ( with no cure). However, listening to this one was a bit different experience so far. Why? Because the narrator is an another person. Despite the fact, this book includes same info, stories, research, methodology and conclusions, the narrator doesn’t make you engage with her. Berne is a gifted author/narrator/ storyteller, I smile when she’s laughing &get excited with her
