It’s a lot of why but not a lot of how. The book gives an almost insane amount of examples. I think that the entire structure of there book is based on branding principles companies have used and that have worked for those customers. But there is no information at all as to how to actually build the brand. What are the steps? How to do it. To be honest it’s disappointing to say the least. Examples inspiring
