cormac still sucks, the mc has made less stupid decisions, and honestly, nick and erin are the best part of this story and i will die on this hill

my frustration with the decisions our mc makes me want to fight a fucking elephant bare knuckles. 🙄

i'm not quite sure where i stand on this book just yet. maybe a little more and i'll have an actual opinion of whether or not to pause/dnf it for the time being.

this book has suddenly gone from relatable to alice in wonderland fuckery and confusion real quick. i'm not sure how i feel about it.
