Wanted to like this as it is well written in a British smart style. But, is it a great story? Kept waiting for that but it didn't appear. Plus, I became a bit distracted by a mini-nervous breakdown courtesy of an ex who finally decided (40 years later) that yes indeed I did deserve to rot in hell. So my reading is stalled, my health is amiss & my mental health is in free fall. We'll see what, if anything, transpires.
