three songs i think my good friend jane eyre would relate to:
- wendy by maisie peters
- ivy by taylor swift
- bad thing (bunny hop) by ariana grande

why do ambitious women stories always gotta have a morale for the reader? why do they always have to change and give up on their ambitions? *sigh*

kinks shane has that stuck to my memory (that man is a whore y'all):
- exhibitionism
- degradation/humiliation kink
- some dom/sub
- bondage? idk if i'm making that up tho

ao3 authors do what you will with that!

my favorite part of reading this book is finding out shane's kinks... guy goes crazy and i wouldn't even know by only looking at his pretty face

last one babyyyy let's goooooo :D

"I need you to fix it."
"Name it. I'll do it for you." He sounds like he means it.

almost moaned reading this ngl

waiting for the major plot twists y'all promised me

thought this was a mean femdom x pathetic sub man but apparently this is asking for too much. ill just have the same dynamic again. whatever 😒

a few years back, i used to say the ending doesn't change the rating for me bc what counts it's the overall. oh sweet innocent child. this was a 3 star til the terrible ending.

i've been on a roll of 3 star books. it's bad. i can't take it anymore. if you have a rec for me of a memorable book you've read, please tell me!!!! i'm in the mood for literary and general fiction, thriller, horror and non fiction.

and what would you do, baby, if you only knew that i can see you?

he's the father that stepped up!!!!!!

essa é pra quem diz que não existe história de gay trambiqueiro no brasil!!!!

At times, when swimming has hard, floating was good enough.

"She'd be no one's burden, no one's shame. She'd become a nothing. And in being a nothing, she would be free somehow. Escape the past and the demons that tethered to her shadow, tiptoeing behind her around her quiet, empty home.
