The Orchard Keeper
I realized why Cormac's style, although decadent and ingenious, doesn't quite click with me. His pages refuse any dose of humour, to the point of an accomplishment, like for instance an opposition to Salman Rushdie, who is nearly always bemused in his quills. Nevertheless, Cormac is undoubtedly wonderful, and belongs to those rare seekers of the subconscious.

I'm beginning to realize that everything bad comes from outside and everything good comes from within
The only supreme good is decisions that you make after consulting yourself and charting your own course regardless of the outcome
Versus a decision implemented by someone else, even if the outcome is good, leads to a terrible imbalance, this creeping, unwelcome feeling of anguish

Mongolia is an underrated country and I hope their eternal blue sky holds their nomadic roots strong, and their culture won't disappear in the next 100 years. They are a tough pearl.

I have just crossed the stunning realization that, whether by an inevitable destiny or an oddity of fate, my life has become a Thomas Hardy novel, and my selves in alternative timelines are just other Thomas Hardy novels. The only way to escape all this and reach Paradise on Earth is to unlock my true self; to speak the most unprecedented lines.

Currently trapped in the matrix, like being stuck in an elevator, where only you have the tools to escape. It pumps so much noise into your head that you nearly disassociate with your soul. Luckily, I am an insomniac.

Gandhi: An Autobiography
His life was early on, incredibly ordinary. Imagine how many, if not all people are great figures adopting temporary or permanent acting roles as anonymous members of society.

We elevate and idolize authors, great people so much so that they lose their humanity and we forget every single person's connection to them. We become mere mortals transcribing their Promethean ideas. But we forget that we are no different from them. That's what society does-they twist great things to make them unreachable to make you forget the obvious truth everyone one of them speak.
