Like sliding into a warm bath with a nice cup of tea after running through the cold choppy misery of neuromancer and nuclear dusty misery of do androids dream of electric sheep

Omg the nickname for Khulan would not be Khu 😒 and chu for chuluuna? Chuluuna?! Ren for tserendolgor was already weird

Way more fun than I anticipated

Wait I’m actually a little creeped out reading this in the dead of night 😭 My husband snored out of nowhere and I almost screamed pls

Onyx Storm broke so many records and I keep hearing about it NONSTOP so I guess I HAVE TO continue the series now my god. Pretty good for zoning out to while doing the stairmaster

Reading as desperate attempt to prolong the Viktor/Jayce vibes from Arcane season 2

this better be spooky AF for my October read

Somehow I really enjoy his writing sometimes, as I did with Notes from the Underground, but then some character just goes OFF on some monologue and my GOD. Was disappointed he didn't murder the drunkard right there in chapter 2 after that miserably long story.

ngl my life is consumed by Hannibal fanfic again

Me: I can't read War and Peace it's so long
Also me: Reads the most convoluted slow burn 800k word fanfics in 2 days

This is soo podcast bro lmao
'my wife was so busy taking care of our three little kids and we didn't know how to fix it! I had to have an insight that if I spent more time being a dad, it would make it easier for her! also we got a babysitter! now she has time :)'

idk wtf is going on, I think listening to this kind of sci fi as an audiobook is a big mistake bc if I don't see new names and terms written down I literally don't absorb any of it

The info dump of all info dumps omg
But also screaming crying throwing up in excitement

Soo this is a work of fiction right bc 🥲

Well this is depressing

Only listening to this bc it's free on audible and under 8 hours

NEVERENDING. Miserable. Get to the point. Someone die or be murdered already. Like having to sit through a family dinner but it's all just random uncles and they're all drunk and only once in a while there's some juicy tea or drama but otherwise it's just drunk men being dramatic for no good reason while their wives are all developing headaches and suicidal tendencies.
