Well, first of all the blurb about what this book is about is HIGHLY misleading….

#11 was funny, had banter, the FMC was VERY relatable and the MMC is a witty teacher

High marks all around for this one!

#9 too much instalust and weird internal dialogue, even for a short story

Story 8 is so wholesome and I loved it

Guys, I ADORE this book so far

The characters, the storyline, the humor, EVERYTHING

Story 7 was sweet but another that I had to get over being “instalove” and remind myself these are short stories!

I did like the characters and the “make my ex-jealous” trope (?)

This 6th story is TOO GOOD!

Snowed in. Second chance. Best friends brother. ::chefs kiss::

The 5th story was admittedly not for me but has LGBTQ+ representation and a grinchy/snowed in storyline

Story 4 was fun and I was definitely rooting for the main characters. This one was so wholesome and made me feel warm inside

Ooo story 3
LOVED
The “only one bed” trope except it’s a sleeping pod at an airport…areyoukidding? SO. GOOD.

I didn’t enjoy the second story as much just because instalust isn’t my favorite thing and with a short story there isn’t another option than for that to be the case

I really enjoyed the first story of this advent collection! Without giving too much away, it had some of my favorites tropes and I was happy with how it ended. Wonderful, festive short story!

The tension between the FMC and MMC is on my nerves following the introduction of these other two main characters.

Mack saying words was is juvenile and annoying, not funny.

I have already cried twice, guys

I want to crawl into this book and live here. I don't want it to be over because I do not want to wait for a second one.

Love a good Hades and Persephone retelling. Add that they are both wolf shifters? Y.E.S.

I am absolutely loving this story right now! The slow burn between the characters has begun its smolder and I cannot wait to see it continue. The imagery and the beautiful way this author writes is also ::chefs kiss::

This book has so much flipping dialogue 🥱

This book is entirely too long

How do I still have half of this book left… 🥱
