“Do you know how easy it is, Fitz, to follow a man you believe in?”

He looked up at last to meet my eyes.

“My prince,” I said quietly. “I believe I do.”

STOP IT RN this is so sweet

I love Verity but I fear he’s going to be killed off this book and I’m not happy about it 😭

‘Ellen was kind and practical and although she would flirt with men it never went beyond a certain point…’

This feels like something only a male author would write about a female character as they are trying to get the reader to like her. Why is it a merit to her character that it never goes beyond a certain point? Giving benefit of the doubt that we’re in the head of an 18th-century man.

I keep reading aeëtes like ‘ateez’ like the k-pop group… there’s actually no hope for me someone take my phone away plz.
