Very challenging! Some of it makes more sense than traditional explanations ever have, some of it causes me to draw back, all of it is giving me rich material for contemplation.

I bought this book partially because of social media postings criticizing President Obama for reading it and claiming it proved he was a radical Muslim. They obviously never read past the title. The changes leading to a post American world are all laid solidly within the time of President Bush. The book is about finding our way in a new world that has already come into existence. The only area I can really find to disagree with the authors on is their possible optimism for the outcome of the occupy movement. If it fails, I fear I do agree with their alternative scenarios. A disturbing book which is accurate in every area where I have personal knowledge.

Finished. Best challenge to the beliefs of my youth I have ever read.
