I’m listening to this book on BookBeat. Can’t decide if it’s the reader bugging me or the style. It reminds me of Addie LaRue but less tedious thankfully. Also reminds me of Yellowface. Either these three don’t work for me on audiobooks or I just don’t like the current voice of fiction.
