Something about the way she writes just always keeps me on my toes at all times like something big is going to happen. Yet the word choice is so beautifully chosen, I’m also in a trance from how poetic it is. Like in Wild Dark Shore, I’m itching to keep reading it yet I know I’ll feel empty when I’m done.

This series gives me “Finlay Donovan” vibes. People who should not be trying to solve crime solving crime. It’s very amusing and a fun listen so far

Finally getting a chance to start this book! The first couple chapters had a lot of world building but I’m getting into it a little more!

I am really enjoying how this world is laying out and how Matilda’s story is unfolding. I didn’t think I’d like it with all of the gods but I’m intrigued!

I love the nuggets of information that Ash gives on their instagram…just nuggets of information that help me to feel empowered and understand how we are using screens. I am really enjoying reading this book so far.
