I've found myself disappointed by several of my auto-buy authors lately (Kuang's Katabasis, Shannon's Among the Burning Flowers, Bazterrica's The Unworthy). I was expecting to overwhelming love all three of these, and instead I DNF'd one and was disappointed by the other two. Is it the books, or is it me?
