The Mountains of Madness…what did I just read? 🙄

I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever come across a more painfully oblivious MC as Corky. Like…sighs.

The guilt is hitting full force 😢❤️.

It's amusing to read this book from a 2026 viewpoint, where as a woman I'm wholly allowed to speak my mind and ask those impertinent questions. Martha is always walled in by her etiquette. I'm hoping she'll break away from that at some point and get some real answers.

The Acts of the Apostles. Slowly but surely, I'm getting towards the end.

Some poems are great, others not so much. It's been interesting to read the poems where Frost was obviously struggling with depression and others where he''s just happy being in nature and seeing the world.

The Mountains of Madness are going to drive me mad because it feels like it'll never end!!!

This book is surprisingly good so far. I’m really enjoying it and Kostova’s little hints are fantastically spooky and suspenseful ☺️👍

I had a feeling the sound of the dog was caused by either by a bear or people. Well, I found out what it was. Jeez.

I really can’t place what it is that I’m struggling with here. I’m enjoying it but at the same time I’m not dying to sit down and read. I think I have to make a decision soon.

They would send more than just the Psychologist 🤣🙌. But it’s for young readers so, I’m just rolling with it.
