I was expecting to really really love this but the characters are a bit exaggerated/obvious/dramatic… lots of hijinks & contrasts & extremes

took a turn for the less exciting but the metaphor here is still working I just wanted more dystopia

didn’t think I could be surprised by a cat Sebastian book at this stage in the book & my reading journey but I did not see this happening w the pov change… when cat Sebastian said #mccarthyism she meant it crazy period for a book
