Early days, but I’m charmed

This one is definitely the most teen movie of the Austen that I’ve read. I can almost hear Weak by SWV play when Catherine spots Mr Tilney across the floor. I’m enjoying!

really enjoying irving’s prose style. witty and self aware, willing to laugh at itself. i’ve found myself returning to bits & pieces of the book in my conversations — explorations of class and intellectualism, adultery, la dee da so on and so forth.
