I checked to see how old this book was, because it feels really dated. Designing a telephone book cover? No DNA testing? And if you are being blackmailed why wouldn't you hire someone to do some investigating? This must be some of the authors earlier work because I've read much better from her.

According to the New Oxford American dictionary, 'agreeance' is not a word. I assume the author meant 'agreement'.

Rereading this one since the series is on KU. Now I remember why I wasn't interested in paying for each installment. I believe the word is wintry, not wintery.
