This was interesting and I liked it a lot. I just wish it was longer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.✨

First story: The Nightingale and the Lark by Chantel Acevedo.

I don't know what I expected but the moment I started reading I went. "See? YA is definitely not for me anymore." Then "not another Romeo & Juliet retelling" I said those words and then continued reading and reading and could not stop. I don't know how it got me but I ended up loving it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Halfway into the book and this feels like a five stars but not like a I'm excited shoving it down everyone's throat five stars but a soft this rumbles in my chest, this is written on my skin with blood five stars.

Why did no one tell me this book was THIS good?

This is so queer and Puerto Rican that is making me emotional 🥺🖤🖤🖤

WOW just WOW

This is such a disappointment so far. I was expecting to love it but nope.

I was really expecting to love this book but so far I am just disappointed. PLUS it does use some problematic slangs and also just makes some problematic comments overall.

This book is definitely not for everyone but oh my God is it good. I am adoring it. It feels like it was made for me.

Damn you, Bruchac! I was just recommending your books and then you hit me with this. Mental illness aren't metaphors or descriptions or whatever you wanna call this. Mental illnesses are that illnesses. PLEASE STOP! And YES I have the right to be upset because I am sick and tired of the way people use bipolar disorder. Stop ruining the way people see us.
