Many of the stories in this book are good, some are ok, and some are bad. I'm not a huge fan of King's old writing style, such as the one in this book, but thankfully the stories are short, so it doesn't show much. I occasionally will pickup this book and read over of the stories, but I already read most of the good ones, but I recommend King fans but it for: Children of the Corn, Quitters Inc, and The Ledge.

I'm getting mixed signals so far. I intend on finishing it, so to as answer the questions I have the proper way (not just looking them up,) but it is slow, in a different way. The book is full of scenes and action, but unfortunately Dan Brown felt a need to overly detail every bit of the book, and add unimportant and/or irrelevant details, scenes and dialogue. I like the book, I'm just going to put it off for a bit.

So far, i'm almost a quarter in, and I'm not getting a lot. It is very different from the movie, and I am intrigued to find answers to some of the questions I have. It's moving pretty slow, which is not necessarily bad, I just hope it picks up soon.
