this has to to be the most queer millennial tumblr user during 2011-17 ass book i’ve ever read (listened to). what do you mean one of the mc’s is obsessed with macklemore? MACKLEMORE! the seattle stereotypes are also too much. and yet i continue to listen. funny that their names are charlie and mack. that is the only reason i chose to listen to this over something else on cloudlibrary. iasip fans wazzzup.

all the other king books i’ve read i knew what the horror element was but this one i have no idea. a house? zombies? the cover looks like zombies

Why is the author so cryptic about where this is set before they go to England 😭 I’m guessing Canada, maybe somewhere in Ontario based on one of the mcs having french as a first language but none of the others do so a possible Quebecois. The “I don’t think she’s queer cuz she had a boyfriend” trope pisses me off so bad!!! Bi/pan people exist??!
