A blend of historical info about places encountered as a family of pioneers journeys from South Carolina to Florida. It is nonfiction but combines actual pioneer family stories with history. Very enjoyable and just how I like to gain my historical knowledge.

This takes me back to my childhood and the choose your own adventures books I had and enjoyed during that time. This one is definitely for adults only and am going to give it another go and make different choices. It is an intriguing story and kept my interest. This one is not for those who prefer clean romance type reads either.

There are a great deal of typos and similar sounding words used in place of intended words. The stories are ok but seem to be more alike and cookie cutter fluff which doesn't appeal to me that much.

I have completed all the five short novels that have focused on the Casper family. There are other stand alone bonus mail order bride books included for readers.
