Could have done without the hotel scene

A bit dark for me. I will continue as long as the focus is the story and doesn't annoy me.

seriously? Why? I couldn't get past 12%. Every other paragraph is taking me out of the story.

By far, the least I've read in a long time.

So far so good. I like the main characters and the hint of psych.

2x speed helped me get this far. I'm hopeful for a happy ending.

It's unfortunate that Grandma is being annoying too.

Athena is trying my patience. I hate the way she talks to her mother.

Understandable there has to be some bad things that happen but please don't let me down

I enjoy switching back and forth between sisters. They are enjoyable characters. I am so excited to finish it soon!

Not a single complaint so far. No overly repeating some internal guilt dialog to the point I want to hit skip. Not using common verbiage to describe "imperceptible nods" or "entire conversation while they were looking at each other." I'm looking forward to finishing this and picking up the next book. Hope springs eternal.

After the cliffhanger from the last book, I am slightly annoyed that we aren't talking about it, considering years have passed. Although it is common that most people go to work and come home, it doesn't mean I want to read about absolutely no progression happening in what was an interesting character's story. The mood to continue reading is fleeting.

Speed running after the conflict. If I hadn't already read the other books, I wouldn't be continuing to listen to it.

The ending was just was just the escapism I needed.

I am so glad I re-read the previous books. I am enjoying this book so much so far.

I'll finish it but not rate it. Unnecessary additions to the story imo.

I'm glad I gave this another try and right during a reading slump.
