Not much happens plot wise. But I kept reading it. Not uplifting but I kept reading it. I kept thinking I’d quit but I kept reading. The best written most boring book I’ve ever read but it kept me entranced in the character of Stoner. I’m not sure I want to recommend it however the author is so good I want to read another of his books.

Just couldn’t finish this. The characters seemed inconsistent and the science was just too much. I felt like everything was being over explained every time the plot changed. I found myself not caring anymore. Plus with all this science info proving how smart everyone was the author/editors missed that dusk is at night. Not in the early morning.
