I really have had an issue with 95% of media that has addressed the me too movement and/or cancel culture (it always feels so heavy handed and out of touch to me). The first half of this book has done a pretty good job of not being too preachy but I fear it is veering a bit into "kids these days are too sensitive" territory. Overall enjoying this book and I'll finish it, but it's starting to feel a bit eye roll

giving this book another try after Julien Baker mentioned it in an interview

okay didn’t know anything about the frankes until my friend recommended to hulu docuseries. as soon as i finished the series i downloaded the audiobook and tore through it. so much of this book made me sick and at times it was really hard to read but im glad i read it.

okay i kinda guessed the “twist” if i can call it that? but im excited to see where the rest of the plot goes

im so holding myself back from looking up what’s actually going on at this damn school so i can figure it out as i read
