What does he look like, Mo Ran is asked. “He’s beautiful.” Mo Ran certainly has a way with descriptions.

What the heck! This adaptation is completely skipping lines of text. There’s two people training Chapter 13 that are completely cut out.

Is it just me? The background music 🎶 during Grace and Hudson’s talk in Track 8 around 26:34 sounds LOTR-ish to me. Da da da da da dum da da da da dum 🎶 It sounds like home. It sounds like returning to the Shire.

This book has gotten so good! It is almost 1:30 in the morning and I am tempted to stay up longer reading it.

Despite the many years that have passed since I first came upon this series, I still find myself being as much as a crybaby as Usagi; the only difference being I will feel like crying and keep reading the story instead. Prince Endymion!

I found myself having a hard time closing the book tonight. It is so interesting to revisit.

<3 :/

Mummy Brown was made out of mummies, go figure.

This book certainly can be used to improve one’s vocabulary. It is untrammeled by modern vernacularly standards.

Titus and Nico meet for the first time and Mr. Laxton violently interrupts their discussion .

Then it began to steadily rain while I was reading. A classic New England summer day. 😆

I would finish this right now if it wasn’t almost three in the morning. The book definitely surprised me.

So far I like the sequel with Alexei and Rosalie more. Thorn is a bit too 90s and early 2000s bodice ripper coded. The whole ‘dark and reclusive Irish lord finds a lass and tames her with his certainty that he kens what’s best for her’ is a wee bit irksome.

Just finished listening to chapter seventeen. This book does emotions well. I can feel the sadness.
