Hate the route this is going so far.

27/05/2021: Giving this another go.

I’ve been trying to read this is November 2020 as it’s honestly so hard to read/follow. But I refuse to DNF.

There has to be a reason for this level
of self sabotage. Cause goodness I’m failing at feeling sorry for this protagonist.

Gosh it seems I might have to DNF this again...I can’t seem to get into it. Very frustrating considering I’ve heard good reviews about it.

So I DNF this about a year ago cause it was so slow...trying to give it another go.

I have a feeling it’s one of those gems that starts off very slow.

This is a DNF. Abandoned it weeks ago.

Might give it another go cause I absolutely hate abandoning books. So disappointed.

I’m honestly very disappointed in this so far. It’s dragging and unnecessarily descriptive.

So sad because DS was usually my go to author for what I call “mature” read growing up as a teenager (although I probably shouldn’t have been reading her stuff at that age).

Okay! So since this was a DNF due to mistakenly reading spoilers. I’m giving this another go.

I was so not expecting that plot twist at the end of part one. Bloody hell!
