FRE 701 a lay witness can provide opinion testimony when it is rationally based on the witness's perception, it is helpful to clearly understanding the witness's testimony or to determining a fact at issue, and it is not based on scientific, technical, or special knowledge.
Note: in my opinion, a 15 year old girl is not a woman, don't know why the book calls her that.
