Read maybe 30 pages through a physical copy from a friend but it has been a while since I have visited his office yet I just can't stop thinking about this book.

Oh to be tormented and horny for fulfilment

Not the biggest fan of the romance development nor the world building but the plot and characters are dun enough that I’ll continue with the next book.

Gave some thought and I won't be continuing with this book. I mean like Roberta is very funny and at the first couple of 30 pages I love her but goodness her character is somewhat too OTT?

Pulls me out of it completely when the scene visuals was bordering loony toons chase with crude humour. Not my tea given I just dragged myself out of a massive reading slump.

The OG misandrist. Sometimes I come back to this book, but rarely do I read the full thing again (only sections I like), as from the very beginning Dworkin's take gravitates more towards extremism rather than radicalisation here. But despite it's evident transphobic narrative, I do stand by some of her words, and that is to live with love. A lot of flaws, but whenever I want to hate on men I always come back haha.

I can't lie I predicted this so early into the book, and perhaps my lack of enjoyment stems from reading too much of this 'unreliable narrator' genre already. This being the pioneer for this genre, I must say, is pretty good for what it is.

This isn't a very shocking take for me for now but the sentiment is endearing to hear in some old fashioned sense
