I love when you read an older work and can see how it inspired, and continues to inspire, later authors. At the the cosmic-horror-inducing descriptions of the demon army and the use of the term “blasted heath,” I knew for certain that HP Lovecraft had read this book lol

I actually really like this comic so far. Sure, the plot is weird, but it’s interesting enough to be entertaining and the art/character design is beautiful. I love the color scheme and the new suits they have the characters. Never thought I’d see ol’ Bats in pink but I really dig it!
