This is slow going for me. The thing about autobiographies generally is that the story is usually told with a cadence of something like… this happened, and then this happened, and then this other thing happened, etc… It can get boring with no real plot line to hold onto. That’s how I’m feeling about this book.

The narrators on Audible make me stabby. They are truly awful. However, the story itself isn’t bad so far and worth pushing through.

This is a snooze-fest and the female lead is rather insufferable.

These characters are bi-polar. The whole interaction can be summarized as the FMC saying “I’m so confused,” and the MMC offering up a plate of nothing. The plot could be good and there are some funny one-liners so I’m sticking it out, but so far the outlook is not so good.

So far this book seems over-hyped. It’s ok but nothing special.
