I am currently about 35 percent through this book and so close to DNFing it’s ridiculous. The writing just isn’t good. Like at all. What happened to the most elementary rule of writing “show not tell”?
And for the worst part- when will writers these days learn that you CAN write about sex without it feeling like you’re reading a porno? It’s just so bad.
