MAD ROGAN HOW I MISSED YOU

I read this a while ago and never finished the series so I’m starting over and man I needed this just classic IA book in my life right now lol it’s hitting so good

So I went into this relatively blind- I knew it was a magic school but we were following the teacher. I didn’t realize there were Heroes (yes with capital H) and Villains (again yes with capital V) and that is so fun! It’s truly a fantasy in school book but spun to be from the teacher pov- I’m obsessed so far.

Ok I’m barely in and I’m already loving this lol as someone who works in a school this is too funny

I kinda hate this microtrope (would it even be considered so idk) of where the MMC locks up the FMC to get her to agree to something than had the gall to be upset she was harmed during such time lol like bruh what did you think would happen when a female is thrown into a corrupted jail? Otherwise I am enjoying this so far!

Dell and Cole’s dynamic is fantastic…I love them! And I need Al the answers to how their story is gonna end…Holly I’m trusting you- don’t let me down lol.

A cute start- I think I’m seeing hints of where some of the plot line will go. I’m super curious for the main plot point to kick off though!

I’m not fully sure why but I am finding myself just never reaching for this…idk if it’s just becoming a bit repetitive? Idk I hope to push through and finish this but I really don’t have motivation to pick it up: so I’m pausing while I read something else and I’ll be back for this!
