Wow, I'm loving this one! I picked it up because it's BOTM for a goodreads group I'm in, and when I looked it up it's free on Kindle right now. Seriously, it's awesome.

Also, the cover is beautiful.

Manalye is 5% done with Hidden Heart (Dark Wing, #1)

The first chapter is very disjointed. Interesting, but not making a lot of sense. The dialogue between the first three characters doesn't flow and is hard to follow.

I think ( I'm not sure because it isn't said explicitly) that these characters are supposed to be adults- 30s or 40s maybe? But they read like teenagers. Which is not helping an already disjointed book.

I'm going to keep reading though.
