I wish the narrator didnt read Gisela as soooo whiny and petulant. I dont think her dialogue inherently is (unless every sentence truly has an exclamation point)

This is a well written portrayal of an abusive relationship with coercive control so far, i think i’m just tired of thag being the twist and the catch in a story. Also the will they wont they of the best friendship is super annoying sorry im sorry. I hope there is more to it since i’m only 50%
