DNF Sadly I found this turgid rather than funny. The story was told in a confusing way so I got a bit lost. A shame as I have read many of Carters books and loved them all.

Found this too painful to finish.

It is filled with interesting opinion and pointers to further exploration of the Pagan Themes themselves, not just those within children’s books.
