Best orgasm of her life and it’s from a man that she’s never seen wearing less than a turtleneck sweater. I’m pretty sure there’s a deep and/or sad reason for his outfit choice, but currently I think it’s funny

“I don’t seek to judge her-“ Evie started. And Rebecka cut her off. “I do. Isn’t your mother a bitch?”
Never change, Becky.

“Kier was a pain in the ass first and a mage second” and I already loved him for it

“And I will tell you again, dudes are garbage.” “You’re a dude.” He repeats, “Garbage.”

This book is going to absolutely shatter me, isn’t it?

Am I not supposed to be in love with Raksh? Because I’m in love with Raksh

I’m so obsessed with Xavier. I can’t stop laughing basically any time he’s on page.

pardon all of the recent updates, I’ve never used a dnf shelf & now that GoodReads created one, I wanted to add the books I left a little review for (but had left unrated) after dnf-ing to that shelf!

Must we have a 29 year old man tell an 18 year old that he was watching her and as soon she turned 18, he couldn’t wait any long because he needed to fuck her? Because this book was a lot better before those ages were clarified and that sentence was said.

Idk what I expected from this book, but a chapter in the POV of the FMC’s mom when she was younger trying to hook up with the MMC’s uncle (who raised him) certainly wasn’t it

How does the MMC go from “I’m fucked uo from my parents divorce” to telling the FMC she’s a bad girl and needs to be spanked within the same breath, after repeatedly telling her nothing can happen between them???

I’d really rather not read about a 17 year old fucking in the shower

“If he could have dived into the pleasure that filled him then and swum in it like a pool, he might never have stepped foot on dry land again.” 🫠

Callie was listening to you all judging the name ‘Kingfisher’ and now we have all this ~true name~ stuff

“Does he need his fingers to impart that message?” 😂

I love Carrion so much. And I love the friendship that’s formed.

Maybe I just don’t care about spice in books enough, but I don’t need a couple to somehow have ~dream sex~ just because they have been apart for a whole *one day*

I’m obsessed with Carrion, as I expected based on everything I’ve heard others say about this book before I picked it up. But why haven’t I heard anyone talk about Lorreth?! I adore him

“I don’t know that our lives necessarily needed a cult plot line” 😂

The way the narrator says “Serena, did they tell you I lost two tooths?” made me actually laugh out loud

“(it) came with an instruction manual, which he kept hidden from Big ‘just to be safe’” made me actually lol

Why does a ‘singles cruise’ consist only of 4 tourist (3 women & 1 man) and 4 employees (all gorgeous men, obviously)?

I want to punch Feldis so badly

I could not be more obsessed with Kaine

Why is this so sexist

I’m so in love with Griff and I’m afraid I’m going to get my heart broken

I love that every book of this series is just ‘whoever Pen is partnered up with is the main character now’

…oh

Chapter 37 may be the only reason this doesn’t get a 1 star. Maybe.

…I fear that I hate this
