What happens to us between the time we're little kids and told by all the adults not to fight with others, and now when we're the adults and there's no one "above" us? When siblings fight, parents intervene and set a compromise. What happens when two countries fight? Who intervenes? The UN? You can't tell a country to go sit in the corner and think about what it's done. Or can you, and nobody has?
