I'm still not sure how I feel about this story. It's a brilliant work, but I don't feel any connection to any of the characters. I think they're supposed to be unlikeable, but I find myself not caring what happens to them at all.

I’m loving this story so much! The author does a great job at writing emotions in his characters.

HOW CAN I LOVE ALL OF THESE CHARACTERS SO MUCH??

OK, I think the best part of this book is how all of the characters act young. They’re brave and intelligent, but they’re still kids and trying to navigate an adult world by themselves.

I am loving this story so far. Such a creative and magical world.

The characters are wonderful. I love their snark and unapologetic weirdness! Low self-esteem? Never heard of it.

You know those books where every scene sticks like a memory in your mind? You remember the colors, the smells, the sounds, the people like you were actually there? And the book characters aren't really characters; they're real people that you get to know during the length of the book. That's this book.

I forgot how much I love this book!!
