Robert Muller is on page 400 of 408 of Lincoln and the Triumph of the Nation: Constitutional Conflict in the American Civil War (Littlefield History of the Civil War Era)

Not much about Lincoln and his approach to the Constitution in this book, really. The writing is elliptical and the writer has a very bad habit of not finishing stories in his case studies, and another bad habit of digressing from his point and losing it.
