I had high expectations and tgey were exceeded. So good.

although she has a worrying tendency to treat "watching TV" as a stand in for "meaningless activity", I am enjoying this book so far. The bit on memory and time perception is particularly interesting.

I realised that I was avoiding reading because I didn't want to continue with this book. So I've abandoned it. there are a few intriguing characters but the focus on the male detective and the back story of the murder victim (which includes abduction and sexual exploitation of children) is not worth it.

I am LOVING the approach these folks take. Redefine investment in a great way.

I bought this in the airport, because it was on sale and the author was a very dear friend of Mat's aunt. I am thoroughly enjoying it. Glad I did.

Read the sample on Kindle and just bought the paperback at Mill Street Books. This is next on my list.
