I bought this book over 10 years ago—finally getting to this retelling of the Pericles story.

A co-worker suggested I should read this so he see what he missed—not sure I’ll be much help:)

If you care about reading (and the ones you teach) you should probably read this book so you’re up to date on the workings of the circus.

Reading in this trip. Began with a graphic novel of The Odyssey; now Reading Huler’s journey.

Heard Adrian at ICTE last month and happy to have heard him read. Poet Laureate of Indiana and this is definitely a volume to read and share with your students.

I found this book after hearing an NPR book talk—yes, I admit it. Great Introduction on the complexities of not just being stranded in one philosophical “bucket.”
This should be a good ride.

Another good quote--this from Bohr: "Bohr went on to say that the common aim of all science was 'the gradual removal of prejudices,' a complementary restorative to the usual pious characterization of science as a quest for incontrovertible truth...The purpose of science, he believed, was to set men free" (243)

Still a wow!
