I love listening to memoirs on audio!

I’m not convinced that this book will ever end (at a whopping 870 pages, the publishers changes the font type and size in order to print it). But there is a lot of important information about the lore of this magical series.

I’m determined to finish this by the end of the month, though I’m afraid I might now how it ends.

There are things lost on me with this being a London-centric testimony. The party scene, pup culture, hook-up culture. I get the ~being a girl in your 20s~ part but I kinda wish I had started by listening to it rather than reading!

Horrific, unsettling, tragic. I believe Giuffre found herself in an abusive relationship even after surviving Epstein’s heinous crimes and I pray that she’s found peace in death. I also firmly believe anyone named in this memoir should walk themselves straight to a federal prison.

I remember as a kid watching the movie and genuinely being terrified. Reading it back as a 25-year-old and I’m proper scared! I thought HP got “dark” around book four or five, but I’m being proven wrong with each page!

This is a classic where—for the first three hundred pages—I’ve wondered what is the point. But I kind of get it now. This is Steinbeck’s meditation on good vs evil and I’m kind of hoping the second half turns out to be more rewarding than the first.

My jaw drops further and further with every chapter. I hated high-school, but I can’t imagine starting high-school after 5+ years of deranged homeschooling with an abusive and neglectful mother. Ugh! This is an unsettling read but almost done.

My New Year’s resolution is to reread and rewatch Harry Potter. This is Cameron’s New Year’s Resolution too (he’s never read nor watched) but he doesn’t know it yet!
